Seattle-born, Jakarta-raised R&B artist Elaine Alethea uses this phrase as her musical identity as she strives to spread her truth through her craft in hopes to inspire the youth and raise awareness on mental health. Growing up without a sense of identity, Elaine Alethea struggled to find her purpose only to find her true self in music and performance. Leaving behind her degree in Business Administration, Alethea pursues her dream by enrolling in Berklee College of Music with expected graduation in 2023. Elaine Alethea thrives to be out of the ordinary by mixing R&B, Neo Soul, Pop, Jazz, and Indonesian Pop in her music.
